How does this event work?
The ATD Virtual Conference will be very similar to an ATD live conference, minus the sore feet. There will be more than 100 hours of content, falling within 11 learning tracks, as well as opportunities to network, connect with ATD Staff, and download resources that you can view off-line.

ATD will recommend personalized learning journeys that include curated sessions based on your interests and focus. Or you can create your own learning pathway by reviewing our session listings and building your schedule on your own time.

Don’t worry if you can’t watch all 100+ hours of content within five days. Access to the content will be available for 90 days.

View our Attendee Resources for an in-depth look into the details of this conference, including content and networking information.
What does the program include?
The programming will consist of a mix of 5 keynote presentations, 25+ Q&A sessions (the speaker will participate in a live, moderated Q&A within the session room), and 100+ on-demand sessions.

On Demand sessions will be available for viewing any time throughout the event, and all live sessions will be recorded and available On Demand after the session, so you can view at the times most convenient to you. Access to these recordings will be available for 90 days, so you don't have to rush through them.

You will also have the opportunity to interact with speakers during various networking opportunities throughout the week, in addition to the live Q&A sessions.

This is truly a global event, with sessions scheduled for convenience in all time zones. All On Demand sessions will be accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Will there be networking?
Yes! Through our virtual platform, you will have the ability to connect with fellow attendees in many ways.

On Friday, May 29, registered attendees will receive a link to set up your profile within the virtual platform. We recommend that you upload a photo and welcome video, and link to your social media accounts. You’ll also be asked questions about your interests and experience, which will help match you with sessions you might like to see and with attendees who have similar interests.

Choose from many chat groups, centered around specific topics, that will be ongoing throughout the conference. You can join the discussion within each session where you can talk with fellow attendees about the content. And unique to this online event is the ability to have one-on-one conversations.

We encourage you to connect with us and share your experiences using #ATDVirtualConference on all channels.

Learn more about the networking events in our Attendee Resources information.
